Hi,

My fiance and I would love to add a Hot Air Balloon ride to our Italian honeymoon. We going to be in Florence for 5 nights (to also be used as our Tuscan base).

The only trips I have found on the net require you to meet the company at the launch site. We're trying to avoid hiring a car as much as possible - does anyone know of any hot air balloon companies that do pick ups in Florence? Or maybe a company that we can hire a driver through to take us to the launch site?

Really? Even if is about an hour away? How much would that cost? And would they wait until we finished or call them again when we want to go back?

Why not go with a company nearer Florence? This one in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa is 12 miles from Florence:
