Passover in Tuscany?

I am going to be in Montisi over Passover. Does anyone know of a nearby synagogue? Is there any kind of Jewish community in this area?

In Tuscany, the largest group of Jews would likely be found in Florence >>> http://www.webben.it/firenzebraica/inglese/home.php

Also, you'll find info on the small town of Pitigliano which several centuries ago had a thriving Jewish community. It's my understanding that there's only a handful of Jews that live in that area now, however the synagogue was restored.
