nowwin, start your own thread. It's too complicated for people to respond to two different people on the same posting.
To the OP, you're still rushing around, and that should not be what a honeymoon is about. Pick two places. 3 days in Paris is absolutely nothing, especially considering you're arriving from India and will likely be exhausted. Forget Disneyland. Forget Versailles too, as you hadn't even known what it was all about. The winter sales are boring, considering all the history and gorgeous attractions all around you in Paris. Your 3 nights will be over before you even get acclimated. And it's the middle of winter - weather may totally slow you down (or not, impossible to tell).
Divide your time equally, or thereabouts, between two places. I'd pick Paris and Rome. Less is more. Or consider taking a longer trip - it seems a shame to go all the way from India to Europe for such a short number of days, and trust me, they will fly by!

@ALL: Thanks for ALL your timely help! We have just concluded our last leg of bookings for hotels!
Apologise to those who were against the idea of making it too hectic, but we have decided to let go of anything EXTRA with our already insufficient number of days!
We have booked at the following hotels:
1. 10th Feb'13: Arrive at Paris
2. Stay in Paris for 3 nights at Grand Hotel Francais (4*). Have read mostly good reviews (out of plenty) at Tripadvisor. We booked for ourselves a Superior room, and would be announcing ourselves a honeymoon couple as soon as we reach to try and get a free room upgrade (a FREQUENT advice by people who have stayed at this hotel - still booked superior in case it doesnt't work for us! It's our honeymoon after all!). Got a pretty decent deal.442 euros for 3 nights stay - includes a good-enough buffet breakfast.
NO disneyland or Versailles for us. We'll just try to enjoy Paris as a place in our maiden visit.
3. Leave for Venice on the 13th
4. Reach Venice on 13th
5. Stay at Hotel Carnival Palace (our best hotel amonngst all the 3 places - by the looks of it atleast). A little away from the main hub of Venice, but we wanted some affordable luxury for ourselves. It was 325 Euros for us, including buffet breakfast.
6. Leave for Rome by train on 16th Feb'13 (post lunch, by 2 PM). Yet to get the tickets booked though.
7. Reach Rome by 8(ish) PM.
8. Check into our hotel. Head out for dinner, and come back that day.
9. Roam around Rome for the whole of the next 2 days . Last leg of our journey to be completed as tourists I am assuming - if I go by the warnings of my fiance. His place of interest being Rome in our entire itinerary!
Thanks to the valuable suggestions by all of you lovely people above - the trip now sounds more doable and not so tiring.
We are now looking for some suggestions on the kind and/or number of clothes, accessories, shoes etc to buy for the trip.

Your help will again be appreciated!

OK -
So in Paris you're in the 11th - so not the center of things, although is appears to be not too far from a couple of Metro stations.
In Venice you're at the very beginning of the city - not far from the train station. I can't comment on the area since we always stay near San Marco - and it doesn;t get bad reviews.
For Rome not sure where yuo are staying. I would definitely try to be in the center - as Rome is a VERY spread out city and it's easily possible to be almost an hour from what you want to see.

nytraveler: In Rome we've taken up a hotel accommodation near Trevi fountain. We had read a few articles on safe neighbourhoods in Rome. We had initially planned centre of Rome, but somehow it was not told to be VERY safe by some people on tripadvisor. I guess that's why we chose to stay a little away, but still close to the metro station.
We can still get our bookings changed.. but I guess it'll be a great hassle to pick up an item from the list of items that do not need attending to now - when marriage preparations and shopping is on.

You have found a great location in Paris...one of our favorites as you can get everywhere from there, and there are some great restaurants. Venice is also easy to get around, and you are also going to enjoy your location in Rome. Best wishes for a wonderful wedding, and a romantic honeymoon!
