Jess I went on my honeymoon in Paris (one week). Personally I wish I had picked a more restful destination. Don't get me wrong Paris is wonderful but I wish we had gone to the countryside. If you have your heart set on Paris maybe split your time so you can see other parts of France.
Whatever you decide I am sure it will be special.

Many years ago but it is like yesterday.
With little money, we chose summer to stroll the banks of the Seine. We picniced in all the parks which are all beautiful. Our big expense was airfare and hotel. Takeout in Paris was Gourmet for us.

It all depends upon what makes your heart leap thinking about it. Paris does not have to be "unrestful". Most folks tend to run all over getting in as much as they possibly can, but you don't have to do that. Especially since everyone is always determined to return. And, most do - over and over again.

When are you getting married?

Hi Jess,
I think that that is a great idea, any time of year, especially late spring or early fall.

Paris has many parks to stroll in, the Seine to walk along, beautiful architecture, wonderful food and wine, a vibrant ambience and great art.
