Sandi: Are your sis/bil doing much of their own planning? If your sis/bil aren't directly involved there is a real risk that they'll be confused and disoriented when the arrive and/or just have a bad trip. I enjoy planning trips and can understand your desire to help out the family members, but my experience is that there is a danger of doing some harm if you help first time European travelers too much.

Yes, they are doing a lot of the planning. I am trying to get hotel recommendations for them. I am meeting with them on Saturday and we will look at maps, books etc..
I am aware of how important it is to have all involved in the decision making which is why I'm looking for things to show them..like hotels in their price range.
