HELP WITH LUCERNE HOTEL, PLEASE
I need to decide between Hotel des Alpes, Hotel Krone and Hotel de la Paix. We need a nice room, near or on the lake, including bkft. Other suggestions through personal experience welcome.

I had lunch at the Alpes hotel's restaurant, probably the same name. It's right there on the river bank, where that famous bridge is. And weather permitting, they have outside tables. The food was good and so was the service.
