Help with Croatia itinerary
Staying with the idea of not fitting in too much in short amount of time I have about 10 to 12 days, solo, no car. If FF miles allows starting from either Split or Zagreb,to Hvar & onto Dubrovnik. Day trip perhaps to Montenegro or Mostar? Depart from Dubrovnik. Can I ferry between these areas? Should I fit in Rovinj on way to Hvar? I really do want to relax & soak up ambvience but seems there is just so much that I don't want to miss. Any suggestions? Don't know when I will be able to get there again.

My solo trip included Rovinj for 4 days, bus to Reijka to catch the ferry . You can stop in Split, Hvar or Korcula on the ferry and pick it up a day or two later (check on the schedules, they change at different times of the year) then on to Dubrovnik. There you can take a day trip (Atlas offers excellent ones) to either/and Mostar/Montenegro. Also, consider the Peljesac Wine Tour (available through Atlas) out of Dubrovnik.
If you can't get FF ticket into Croatia, consider Milan or Venice and train to Trieste then bus to Rovinj.
