Help! Which hotel to stay - DeWeha Hotele, DeL'Orchidee or DeLausanne

Resending my message (did not post to France). Mother and 13 year old daughter to Paris in April. Any experience with or suggestions on these Go Today hotels will be very much appreciated. Merci.

Sorry this isn't more current, but I stayed at the DeWeha 10 years ago; it was little, (to quote Douglas Adams, enough room to swing a cat around, provided it was a reasonable cat and didn't mind a few nasty bumps on the head) but cute and friendly.

The objection that I had to it was the location, evidently near a hospital: ambulances with sirens going full blast roared past all night and there was no A/C. This shouldn't be as much of a problem in April as it was during the summer heat wave when I was there.

Have a great trip!

Didn't find many comments on these hotels... here is one that is not too old:
Author: Karen ([email protected])
Date: 08/31/2001, 03:22 pm
Message: Carol,

We stayed at the De Weha in November, 2000. For the money, it was great. The staff was helpful, rooms very clean although tiny, hairdryer in each room, had a lift although, of course, small and a full breakfast (coffee, lattes, cappacino, hot chocolate, juice, milk, cereals, yogurt, slices of cheese and ham, breads, rolls). It was well located; only one block from the Metro. It's not quite in the Latin Qtr; perhaps on the edge; mostly a residential neighborshood. Great little cafes nearby. Have a great trip.

Also, try searching on www.tripadvisor.com.
