Help us decide, Rome or Paris with an 18 mo old.

1) The buying power of US$ in euro is almost exactly the same as in GBP. Sure they each have <u>different</u> exchange rates - but you can't compare $1.32 per euro to $1.92 to the GBP. Apples and oranges. Don't think you get .60 more value for a euro.
2) Of your initial choices I'd pick Paris simply because you can more likely get there non-stop. For Rome you'll more likely have to connect somewhere. W/ a todler and all her "stuff", a non-stop would be a lot easier.
3) I'd probably pick London, Paris or Rome depending on which one got me the best airfare. If the cost of London hotels scare you off - Priceline is brilliant for London (not so much in Paris and Rome)
