Help planning Ireland trip!
My friend and I have a little over a week to spend in Ireland this July.
I feel drawn to the coast - a place with lots of history - and a great community.
If any of you out there could give me any suggestions it would be very helpful!

Waaaaaay too general a question. The Irish "coast" is a LOT of territory. Suggestions for what - route, accomodations? What research have you done? Where are you flying in to/ out of? Do you plan on renting a car? Start by reading some of the many threads already on here and clicking on DESTINATIONS above.
Then give us some more info and you will get all kinds of help . . . . .

We will be renting a car. We are thinking of flying into Galway and then perhaps staying around that area.
WE dont want to spend the whole time in Galway though. We are thinking of staying in another small town near by. Perhaps in Lisdoonvarna.
Any suggestons of where to stay near to Galway?
We want to experience Irish culture and go to the cliffs of Moher perhaps see some castles ride bikes go into some pubs. We are thinking of skipping Dublin all together. If any of you could give any suggestions it would be very helpful to us. As nothing is set in stone yet and we've never been to Ireland before. Also, should we reserve our hotel or b anb b ahead. Will they be full in July?
