Help -- Italy Itinerary

My husband and I will be arriving in Rome on the 12th. We need help with our itinerary. On the morning of our arrival, we plan to drive from Rome to Panzano (Tuscany) where we will be staying at Villa La Barone. We will stay there for 4 nights. We would like to visit Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Siena. Is that too much in just 4 days? We don't want to be too stressed. On the 16th we will move to Locanda dell'Amorosa where we will attend a wedding. We plan to stay in Orvieto on the 17th and make our way back to Rome early on the 18th for our flight home. Is this itinerary feasible? Also we want to stop for lunch and a walk during our drive from Rome to Panzano on the 12th. Any suggestions?

Rjt - It looks feasible to me. I would combine Pisa with Lucca rather than spend a whole day in each.

Travelling from Orvieto to Fiumicino the morning of your return flight is a risky thing to do. I would suggest you spend your last night in Rome.

Thanks for the great tips. Question...should I expect traffic to be heavy from Orvieto to the Rome airport? Our flight leaves at 12:10PM. We were planning to leave the hotel at around 6AM. We have already booked a hotel in Orvieto so I am not sure we can change it at this point. Also, any comments on the hotels that I have mentioned.

Thanks
