Yes, London Connections' on St Martins Lane is a very good location. But it runs £1800 a week! That is very expensive. (I know you aren't staying a week)

vrbo looks like the nicest flat

Castleton House is basically across the street from West Kens tube station, so not a fabulous location but really convenient for any sites along the east/west legs of the District line . . . all the South Kens museums, B'ham Palace, St James's Park, Westminster Abbey/Big Ben/the Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, and the Tower of London can all be reached w/o a transfer.
