Help choosing between 3 Paris hotels: Delavigne, Cluny Square, Varenne

My SO and I are planning our first trip to Paris for October. Thanks to you all, this board has been an invaluable resource in planning! We’re narrowed down our hotel to 3 choices and are having a hard time choosing one. Does anyone have a preference/warning/recommendation for either:

Hotel Delavigne
Hotel de Varenne
Hotel Cluny Square

Thanks!

I was at the Delavigne in January, if you search for it here by name or at tripadvisor.com you'll find my review.

Rooms vary a lot in size, I'd go for a twin room. The beds are pushed together anyway and they stay put, so no loss in togetherness. SOme of the standard doubles I saw were VERY small.
Bathrooms modernized, hair dryers, shower curtains.
I liked the hotel very much, no a/c but not a problem presumably in October.
The rooms were fresh, very nicely decorated, the whole place exudes care and class imo. The hotel breakfast is of very good quality and quantity, no cooked foods, but good coffee, fresh juices. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful, they called taxis, made restaurant reservations, etc. The Odeon metro stop is a few minutes away, the Luxembourg RER stop is quite close.

Thanks, Elaine. It was actually your comments on the hotel that first drew our attention to it. We're a little concerned though about the lack of mini-fridge since we'll be there 7 nights—and our other options do have one.

I believe that ira's favorite the Bonaparte has mini fridges, but my understanding is that the decor is not much to look at, so that would be a trade off.
good luck

Thanks again, Elaine. We had considered that, but we really like the convenience of communicating and booking via email.
