Help, alhambra site directed me here:

I just entered all my information, credit card etc and when I hit purchase the site sent me here https://www.servicaixa.com/nav/en/index.html

No confirmation or anything...I don't want to purchase double tickets, but I don't want to end up with no tickets either!

Anyone know what to do?

this is the official site to buy the tickets. There is a section to "buy alhambra tickets".

Click there and you can choose which ones you want.

Hmm, this is where I started from though. I guess it is safe to say something reset! Thanks.

maybe call your credit card company to see if they have charged them. keep track of the time of purchase.. something probably did reset like you said, but that IS strange.

phoning used to be so much easier than all this sometimes!

This is the only Spain advance ticket system that worked. I got my Alhambra tickets with little effort, but it was kind of scary to all of a sudden see the servicaixa sight come up. I just went "What the hey!" and went on. Got the tix just fine.
I've decided to wait til I'm there for my Renfe tickets.
Still trying to get Prado tickets. It keeps saying "try again later."
For my Vueling flight, I finally got frustrated and got the tickets through Expedia, though at slightly more $$.

Caixa is the bank that handles the Alhambra ticket sales. You can collect your tix from any Caixa branch/ATM once you get to Spain.
Agree that you should check with your CC company to make sure you haven't been charged site, but if I were you I'd carry on and book the tickets on the Caixa site.

Thank you everyone. Yikes, didn't even think about buying Prado tickets ahead of time, good idea!
