JandaO - Here is what I found.
Amsterdam-Paris direct on Thalys: E97.50
Amsterdam-Brussels on InterCity: E33.40
Brussels-Paris on Thalys: E74.50
Paris-Venice night train
Six-person couchette: E35, E75, E125, depending upon seat availability
Four-person couchette: E60, E80, E130
T-3 cabin: E125, E160
Double cabin: E135, E175
The E35 and E60 fares are PREM'S. You need to book them at sncf.com ASAP (up to 90 days in advance) to have any chance of getting them. Since this is an international route, you can't print these PREM'S tickets yourself. They must be mailed to an address in Europe. It doesn't have to be a French address. You could use your hotel in Amsterdam. If you book any of the others online, you can choose to pick up the tickets at the station in Paris.
