Have you ever taken a Guided Tour In Hell and Back?

Friends just returned from a guided tour to Europe and had me in stitches last night recalling their trip from Hell (at least they could laugh about it now).

Their local guide got into a fist fight with their bus driver and one of the tourists had to break them apart.

The driver would not stop at certain arranged stops and drove right by, even though their tour director was yelling for him to stop.

The tour director was desperately trying to seduce any and all single women in the group, and succeeded more often than not, different women were seen exiting his room in the mornings, then a rivalry broke out among the women and the group chose sides as to whom to pledge their allegiance.

The group became unruly at dinnertime and would fight to get in front of the buffet lines, some couples taking all of the good food and leaving celery for the rest.

I could go on and on.....but have any of you experienced funny guided tours that weren't meant to be funny?

Another reason to "do your own thing" and take day tours if you must.
What tour company was this?

All guided tours are from hell in my opinion, but this one actually sounds pretty interesting.

I've never been on a guided tour of Europe, but this one sounds like it might be worth investigating for the pure humor of it. Perhaps it was being filmed for some new reality TV show? I'd watch it!

This would be a good idea for a reality show wouldn't it? They could have an unsuspecting couple take a tour and then have fights break out and even a Bachelor or Gross Factor contest.

She wouldnt tell me the group because I unfortunately told her I was going to post on this forum and she didn't want the company to get blamed, but it was in France that I know.

The one time I manage to get out of the LW's sight and fulfill my dream of being a dashing, "between the sheets" tour director and somebody goes and rats me out! My luck continues to be terrible in Europe!
