I haven't stayed at either one, I stayed at the Apartments Lenni in Korcula and was very satisfied.

There is one Trip Advisor review of the first one.

Of course it depends on your needs and the amount of time you will be there, but what I really loved about staying in Korcula was that my apartment (not online that I can find) had a terrace with a view of the sea and the old town, and it was not far to walk to old town.
When you are looking at the map, these apartments are located to the left of the old town peninsula.

Lenni was not available with the dates I needed

Yorkshire- did you stay in Apartment Corcyra Nigra? This apt had great reviews and looks amazing. It was a short walk to the old town and had great views of the sea and the old town. Too bad it was booked already!

No, I guess our host does not advertise because I have tried to look him up so I can recommend him. Anywhere you have a terrace and view is great in my opinion--the sunlight glinting off the old town is one of my enduring memories of Korcula! I imagine staying in the old town could be atmospheric but possibly loud. I recommend a bit of a walk to a more residential area unless one has mobility issues.
