Has anyone stayed at the Hotel Dali in Florence?

Has anyone ever stayed at this Hotel? Was it any good? The low prices seem so great (under 80E if i remember correct) but maybe its too good to be true. Any other suggestions for hotels in Florence in this price range?

I remember some very positive reviews from a few months ago. You can probably find them on a search.

Hi Amanda23,

My family stayed in Florence for four nights this past December at the Soggiorno Battistero. We had a view of the Duomo and the baptistry. Great owners, great location, great room: 110 Euros per night for a quad.

Hi amanda,

At those rrates, I recommend the B&B Peterson - basic, clean, pleasantaccomodations in a safe neighborhood for about 60E/night dbl. It has AC.

ttt for new responses.

I've checked TripAdvisor.

This looks fine. And they offer a single for 40 euros (with shared bath).

Tempting to go cheap again. Anyone knows what their single is like?

I've not contacted them yet.

111op: Sorry to briefly hijack this thread. I can't find crossword game thread #15 (aren't we on #15?). I was looking for it because I'm overdue to post a new clue. It isn't coming up on a search, and it is probably too far down for it to be practical to find it by searching via the posters' IDs. Can you find it?

I have never stayed in this hotel. I stayed in Morandi all Crocetta and Silla and would recommend either.

Thanks for the recs.

I topped the thread for you, cmt. I try not to contribute to more than 2-3 (new) threads a day here on Fodor's, so you can always try to retrieve it by clicking on my name. I try not to overly prolific on Fodor's as I'm already wasting lots of time elsewhere.

In the hotel name that should be "alla," not "all" (didn't tap the "a" hard enough?).
