Has anyone stayed at Dei Cavalieri - Milan?

I was quoted a ridiculously low rate for a double room in June at the Dei Cavalieri hotel in Milan.

Tripadvisor gives it a good rating and it is in a good location. Has anyone stayed there or knows why the rate could be so low?

Here is the only existing thread I could find mentioning it. (Found by typing "Dei Cavalieri AND milan" into the text box at the top of this page. Without the "AND milan" you'll get many hits, but most appear to be referring to Rome.)

No recent experience - about five years ago. It is an older hotel - in anexcellent location. My guess is that tourism is down - or the rate is low because the hotel is a little tired. No reason not to go for it...
