WOW!!! Those photos are great! I just spent way too much time looking at them this morning and I have to get back to work now but I have several questions about where you took some of them. Wonderful pics - looking forward to more!!!

Ann- Did you see any photos at all? If you saw a few but then your computer froze, it could be that the photos have too much information for your system. If you couldn't see any, then it may be that I don't have the security setting correct. I am changing photo service programs later on today. That won't help the memory issue, though.
John - I know, work kind of gets in the way of important stuff, doesn't it?

I will have to be digging into some books so that I can caption some of the churches and so on so I don't get them mixed up. I thought for sure I'd remember each one, but now...What was I thinking?

Yep, work and family obligations tend to really cut in to fodor's time. Wow! More really nice photos. I like your captions too (I missed them the first time through). I was jealous before - now I'm even more jealous. What a nice trip. I see you started the Bologna part of your TR - looking forward to it and more pics.

Thanks John- glad you're enjoying the pics. I look at all the pics, and even tho' it looks like we did a lot, it feels like the time just flew by. So much more I want to see there...
Last year about this time I was lost in the planning of this trip. Wish I had another one on the visible horizon but not quite yet. For the time being, Fodor's will have to feed my addiction.

Thank you, taconic! I've said it before - I have a new found admiration for all who stick it out and put out a full report, especially those who keep up with it as they're travelling.
