Guemai - Vacation in Paris Apartment

We'll be in Paris for a last mnute trip (just 6 nights) next month and decided this time to do an apartment rental. Hope Guenmai is reading, and of course, anyone who is familiar with VIP apartments. Would appreciate it if you can give me some feedbacks as far as location, safety, nooise, etc. Below are the apartments that are available during our travel days (based on our budget and arr. request)

ID#179 - The Scaramouche
16 rue Marie Stuart
http://www.vacationinparis.com/apts/id_179.htm

5th Arr:

ID#28 - Sorbonne One Bedroom
7 rue Berthollet
http://www.vacationinparis.com/apts/id_28.htm

6th Arr:

ID#108 - Odeon Style Central Studio
14 rue Gregoire de Tours
http://www.vacationinparis.com/apts/id_108.htm

Thank you very much.

We stayed in 179 in Feb. We really liked that apt and the location. There is a nightclub next door and the noise is significant in the living room but we were not bothered by it in the bedroom. It is a less touristy more working class area than you will find in the 6th or 7th arrondisements. We have stayed in the 7th and I think it is nice there but a bit boring. The only time we have lost sleep due to noise was when we stayed in the 6th on rue ancient Comedians. We were miserable in that apartment due to constant loud music. Stair stomping. Door slamming etc.

I like the location of 108 best but I did not like that loft bed and the ladder!

I'd go with 179 too

I like #28. I really like staying in this area. No way would I be able to climb up a ladder to bed.

Is this your first trip to Paris? If it is I'd say yes.
