Great Stay at Hotel D'Aubusson

We just returned from a wonderful 4 day stay at the D'Aubusson. Our standard room was very comfortable and larger than the standard rooms we have had at two different 4 star hotels in the area. The location is perfect...in the lively St. Germain area but on a very quiet side street. The service was attentive and pleasant...the concierges answered all of our questions with a smile and made all our reservations for us. I would not let a couple of negative reviews on Trip Advisor deter anyone from staying there. We had a perfectly delightful experience.

Information I received from this hotel is 260 euors for a standard and 340 euros for a superior. Grand luxe rooms are 410 euros. Breakfast is 23 euros per person.

They call the rooms "apartments".

when I stayed there there were two breakfast options, one "continental" (excellent bread, pastry and coffee) and a pricier buffet that at the time had also very good offerings (eggs, yogurt, cheeses, fruit)
don't know if they still have the two options, but it was a high quality hotel breakfast if it is within the budget.

We never ate breakfast at the hotel. We would walk a couple of short blocks over to "Paul" where we had a wonderful continental breakfast of croissants, baguettes with butter and jam, fresh squeezed orange juice and cafe aux lait for only 6 Euros.
