If you ever go to Valencia spain you have to try the agua de valencia. It is one of those things you make at home to remind you of your trip to Europe. Essentially it is vodka, orange juice, champagne and sugar.

Here is the recipe:

1/4 liter Cava® Spanish Champagne
3/4 liter orange juice
1 dl Cointreau® orange liqueur
50 g sugar

That will knock you on your ear - alcohol and sugar.

Orange juice and cava (or champagne) is the basic recipe. You can add whatever other drink you like, vodka, gin , rum... If you add rum you probably don't want to add any sugar...way too sweet !
