Going from Orly to CDG

I am landing at Orly from Nice on Sunday 6/2 morning at 10:00 am and have 2:00 pm afternoon flight back to USA from CDG. I have hired a private van to take me to CDG. Does anyone know how long this should take. I heard two hours.

On a Sunday morning, this drive should not take more than 40 mins.

It shouldn't, but anything can happen. I've taken a cab from 14th arr to CDG on Sunday mornings several times and that is a quick trip due to slow traffic, about 30-40 minutes. So, Orly is definitely farther south, but I'd say more like about an hour for the trip itself. However, if your 2 hrs is including waiting to get off the plane, waiting to get baggage, etc, you will have to add on for that. I think 2 hrs is a good time frame to allow for all that rigmarole. Also, sometimes there is road work or who knows what that slows things down. I wouldn't have hired a private van myself as the AF bus makes that run regularly all day, but you probably had special reasons.

It might be further south, but it's expressways all the way. No getting out of the city.

I hired air transport service which was recommended by some travel book or another. I figured it was worth the extra cost. My flight arrives from Nice at 10:10--I think 2 hours gives me nearly two hours prior to flight from CDG--that should be plenty of time correct?
