Getting around Tuscany - map or website?

Is there a website that is comparable to the US's Mapquest in order to get driving directions for our trip to Tuscany? We'll be staying in Siena with two days for day trips by car and I was just wondering whether a map is all we'd need or if I could do more directional research beforehand. Thanks.

BUT I highly recommend a good Italy road atlas. Leaving Siena was confusing and was the only place we got lost in our car..twice.

I think you'll need a good map. I found this one had a lot of detail, especially for those dirt/gravel roads.

Touring Club Italiano (TCI)(Toscana) had much more detail than Michelin 563, and I highly recommend it.

Agree with Budman's good advice. Italian Touring Club map is the best, and highly recommend it.

The Allianz map Toskana (Pisa Florenz Siena) has every dirt road ( also the sealed ones) on it: ISBN 3-8297-1777-6 and it comes with a nifty booklet describing 42 usual and unusual places to see. It covers all of the Chianti zone and some more.
