I'm back and I am frustrated!

I am trying to book our tickets Paris to Ghent (a change from the original post)...

I have found my way to the English site (TGV) and completed all the required travel information and then I am directed to French site (to better serve me)! Now I cannot read the information.

Has anyone else had this situation? I want to be certain I am booking tickets to the correct location.

Thank you.

seethe world,

I assume that you are using the tgv-europe.com. If so, the way to keep the site in English is to choose Great Britain as the country in which you willl retrieve your tickets. Don't worry. You will still be able to pick up your tickets at any SNCF station or boutique in France.

Hello Tim,
Yes, that is what I did. I went to try again and now there is a message that the website is unavailable due to maintenance. So perhaps that is what caused me to be directed to the French page. I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks!
