Gaudi Houses

Planning to take in Casa MIla and Casa Batllo and was hoping to be able to take pictures.

Just wanted to check how strict is Casa Mila in their no photos policy? Like you can't take pictures when inside the house but can you take pictures when you are outside the house (not just the facade but maybe the courtyard or something)?

Also, the website indicated that to take pictures, one must get special permission from some foundation. Is this something easy to obtain?

Finally, Casa Batllo seems to have a relaxed photo policy, am I correct?

Thanks.

Yes.

If you don't use your flash you can sneak in a lot of pix.

Enjoy your visit.

Yes, you can take photos at both Casa MIla and Casa Batllo.

We took pictures both inside and on the roof at Casa Mila. I don't recall any signage indicating you couldn't. That said, I had flash off the whole time.

Example pics here....

Thank you everyone for the tip. The website of Casa Mila said something about no photos. I guess as long as the flash is off and no guests are disturbed then I should be able to take pictures.

BTW RM67 your pictures are gorgeous. The ones with the stained glass are from the Sagrada Familia? What time were you there to have those beautiful colors come out?

Thanks again.

It was definitely in the morning - probably about 10:30 - 11:00am?
