Mimi,
Thanks for letting us see your pictures-- they're wonderful!
Are you wishing you'd brought that puppy home? ((&)
Where are you in the pictures? You need to show us at least one shot with you in it!

would someone email me at hotmail. I'm computer illiterate and it took me hours to post these and in doing so my wallpaper of a beautiful village now has one of the new photos of the cat in the fig treee but upside down. I don't know how I did that. How can I earase the cat and get my village back?

Mimi - so sorry I can't help you with your wallpaper but had to tell you that you gave me a good chuckle with your tale of woe! You have such a charming way of putting things.
And I always love to learn of more animal lovers.
By the way.... I recall how upset you were at the Athens stray dogs being poisoned I learned that they do that to the strays on Santorini each winter. It broke my heart - such a beautiful place having such an evile thing going on.

What lovely pics, I especially liked the dogs at the flea market in St. Remy!! One of them looks like my baby dog.
I must be missing something, I noticed people are calling you Mimi. Is that your real name? That name is very special to me, as that's what we called my dear, late grandmother. She had a passion for travel and passed that on to me. If your name is Mimi, that might explain why I like you so much. Well, that, and the fact that you are a very nice peron. Thanks for sharing these pics.

Great photos! Thanks for sharing. I have a similar series...the cats of Italy! What is it about these animals that are so irresistable? I think it's mostly that I miss my pets at home while on vacation too...
That puppy...how did you ever leave him behind! What a little angel!

Thanks.
Ptricco, Where can I see you cat picture?
It was impossible to take him home because he needed shots, papers 30 days in advance as well as a plane reservation.
P_M, sorry about your grandmother,
mimi
