fun restaurants in andalucia

I would like any recs for fun restaurants for dinner in Granada, Malaga, and Sevilla. By "fun" I mean they should be good but the setting and ambiance is just as important. dont eat fish and am not limited in budget, but don't necessarily think expensive means good. Will eat at the Botin in Madrid so that will be my classy place this visit to Spain. I know Tapas bar are probably the type I am saying, but we prefer to sit and enjoy a regular sit down experience.

We mainly ate in tapas bars while in Sevilla, but one restaurant I really enjoyed was El 3 de Oro. Here's the address. It's on the outskirts of the Barrio Santa Cruz. They have all kinds of food there. Surely you'll find a non-seafood dish that you will enjoy.

Restaurante El 3 de Oro
C/Santa María la Blanca, 34 (Puerta de la Carne)
41004.- Sevilla

We had wonderful food at Mirador de Moryama in Granada and at Az-Zait and Al Medina (a Moroccan restaurant) in Sevilla. Dinner in Spain is quite late, at 10 or so, but Al Medina didn't get crowded until closer to 11!

Enrique Becarra in Seville has excellent food in lovely surroundings. Not too pricey. For tapas I liked Casablanca (a great potato dish, among many other good ones) to name just one place.

In Málaga I would have chocolte con churros at Casa Aranda right at the corner of the Ataranzanas market. It is as lively as it gets.
