From EuropaPark (Rust), what to visit for a few days in Germany?

I'm starting to plan a 14-day trip to Europe from Canada. We are a family of 4, with teenagers and will be arriving in Paris. EuropaPark is a must for us, but once we've visited these two places, our itinerary is open, any suggestions on tours near Rust, Germany?

We should have 2 or 3 days left, but the teenagers are not into simply sightseeing beautiful architecture, they prefer to be active.

Thanks!
Julie

About an hour from Rust in Titisee is Badeparadies. It has a water park in one section and pools and spas in another. The kids can enjoy the slides and you can relax in another section. You can go back and forth to check how they are doing. The view of the Black Forest from the saunas are quite nice. In Triberg there is a water fall (smallish) but also a rope course that your kids would probably like. Five levels of difficulty. We took our teenagers to both these places a couple of years ago when they were 13 and 16 and they both enjoyed themselves.

I went there with my son years ago. We saw a joust there. Upon closer inspection, we realized it was the same guys we had seen in Provins (suburb of Paris) 3 years before. The armor, by the way, was American football pads spray painted different colors. The bad guy had black and a helmet, of course, with horns.

Have fun!

Here is the website for the Badeparadies

http://www.badeparadies-schwarzwald.de/

I don't remember a hotel nearby, but we just drove there for the day. On the website it links to this hotel:

Here is info on the rope course in Triberg

We have stayed in the Black Forest area a few times, but we always take a few days and travel 3 hours down to Lauterbrunnen Switzerland. Breathtakingly beautiful with great hikes that you all would love. It is one of our favourite places. This could be another idea for you for 2-3 days.
