French/German movie scripts
After searching fruitlessly for months, I have decided to try my luck asking some of you. I am trying to find the movie scripts of the French film "8 Femmes" and the German film "Lola Rent". My internet searchs have given me nothing. Does anyone have suggestions or know how I can find these? Thanks

For the German film, you are spelling it wrong, so that might be why. In English this was translated as "Run Lola Run" and in German it is Lola Rennt.
There is a book published by Verlag which is close to the script, but not exactly:
Lola rennt: Das Buch zum Film (ISBN: 3499224550, Rowohlt Taschenbuch Verlag), 1998) can be ordered from the following sources:
Amazon.de (Germany)
IBIS German Books (USA)
International Book Import Service, Inc.
1-800-277-4247
Script may be available at the Goethe Institute in Chicago or one near you (there is one in Wash DC, also). For more details, check the German section on about.com where I found that info.
The screenplay for 8 Femmes (adapted by Francois Ozon from the play by Robert Thomas) is published by Editions de la Martiniere, ISBN 284675022X and costs about 12 euro. I found it for sale by FNAC in France (www.fnac.fr). Just put in "8 femmes scenario" in the search box. Perhaps www.amazon.fr has it also.

Saw Lola Rennt (Run Lola Run) about a year ago. Very good movie. (Blockbuster carries it with English subtitles if anybody else is interested.)
The movie really makes you think about how differently a situation could have turned out if just one little event was changed that day.
