Will I be able to convert left over francs from last year in august at post offices?

Nina,<BR><BR>No, you won't be able to exchange at post offices. You will have to go to a Banque de France location to exchange for euro.<BR><BR>PB

No fee, Sally, the exchange will be at the rate established when the concept of the Euro was introduced.
