Francesca Caruso - Rome tours

Has anyone used Francesca lately for tours of Rome? EK and I took a tour with her in 2007 and I'm thinking of suggesting her to my sister and her husband. Just wanted to see if she was still around.

She is definitely still around! I haven't actually used her for a tour yet, but we have a tour booked with her for our trip in May. We emailed her directly at [email protected] and she got back to us very quickly. She does seem to book up fast, so I would recommend contacting her well in advance.

Great news, thanks. You will love her. What areas will you be seeing with her?

yes, still 45 euros per hour. Apparently, we will be seeing Ancient Rome, so the Colisseum, Forum, Pantheon, etc. I'm looking forward to it. I've heard nothing but good things about her!

Can't say enough about Francesca. She is a jewel. Had booked previously w/her. This time, we booked a Trastevere walking tour at Christmas time (2008). She is a fountain (no pun intended)of info....and points you in the right direction for the remainder of your 'stay' in Roma, Don't hestitate to contact her. Same price range.

Sandi...

Yes, I just saw Francesca in Rome 2 weeks ago. The above email is still good. How long ago did you send the email? When I met with her, she had a pretty busy schedule, so it just may be that she hasn't had a chance to reply.

I just had a tour with Francesca on Monday (Im in Italy right now) and while the other email may still work, she did give me her new card and said she was trying to change her email address. Her new email is [email protected]

I hope you can get in touch with her because she is just wonderful.
