Formula 1 Viewing Location in Paris

So, the bad news is that I'll be out of the country for the last Formula 1 race of the season and won't be able to watch it from the comfort of my couch.

The good news is that I'll be in Paris and can watch Renault (in all likelihood) win the championship while in their home country.

Now, I just need to find a place to watch. I'll be staying at the Westin Paris. Any suggestions of a good neighborhood place to watch?

Thanks!

A major Renault event like this race should be shown all over Paris. We saw a race years ago in a neighborhood bar next to our apartment. Check with the hotel, they may have a big screen right there.

Do as DH does, set your VCR to tape it at home, just in case you miss it. The Renault showroom on the Champs Elysees may even have somthing set up.

One last thumbs up for Michael.

Formula 1 races are always shown on the French television station TF1... so you'll be able to watch it in the comfort of your hotel room, I would imagine.

Thanks for the info... the Tivo is already set, just in case.

Hoping Michael can maybe pull of the miracle (rain would be nice).

I might check out the Renault dealership... could be fun if they're running some sort of event. Probably won't wear my Ferrari hat.
