Wow, Verona,
Those are fantastic photos - you really have a special talent! What type of camera did you use? And did you use wide angles for some of those shots? I particularly liked the front of the Duomo and the shot of the Ponte Vechhio with the river water blowing. What special effects (if any) did you use? We're leaving for Florence next week and I'd like some tips!

I use a Nikon Coolpix 3200 - nothing special - easy to use. Some of these pictures have gone through Paint Shop Pro9 to get the effects.

Thanks for your kind comments. There will be more pictures to come of Tuscany.

Lovely! We must have been there at the same time. I looked for my family in the "crowd scenes" but didn't see us. For anyone who doubts that it CAN be cold in early June, note the coats in some of the shots! (We wished we had had heavier jackets!)

Very creative composition--I loved them. Sometimes the effects are too much on the people shots.

Verona, wonderful pics! I have the same camera and am always so pleased with the results. Yours did not let you down!

Where'd you take #48 from? You don't often see that angle of the Palazzo Vecchio.

Thanks for all the feedback.

To Amyb - this shot was taken from the top of the bell tower.
