Florence - hotels

Can someone kindly suggest a hotel in Florence for up to 180E/night, preferably with on-site parking, if not, parking nearby.

Thank you.

We stayed at Residenza Il Villino, a lovely hotel with the kindest hosts you could ever hope for. About 150 euro.

I don't know about parking. You could email and ask them.

We stayed at Hotel Antica Torre Tornabuoni. The Hotel is actually in a medieval tower. It is on Via Tornabuoni which is the fashionable shopping street in Florence and within easy walking distance of everything. We had a room with a terrace from which we could see the Arno and the Duomo. Check out the website www.1http://www.tornabuoni1.com/) A fabulous breakfast was included and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The hotel is very small and has no parking. The hotel arranged for our car to be taken away within 2 minutes of our arrival and returned as required. The cost was, I think, about 25 euros a day for this.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Orto Medici in Florence. I think the rate was about 160 or 180 Euros per night. It was a clean hotel, very nice staff about a 7 minute walk from "The Duomo".
I do not know about parking....I am sure you could inquire on their website.
I found the hotel on the Karen Brown travel website....you can read her reviews which are quite accurate.

It has been about four years since I stayed there, but I enoyed the Hotel Consigli. Great views of the Arno and hills beyond from the terracem and it has its own private parking lot: http://www.hotelconsigli.com/

hotel casci - www.hotelcasci.com. they don't have on site parking but will park the car for you (for about $40). The hotel is probably < than 180E, but it's great value and in a great location.

Agree with MFNYC on Hotel Casci. Excellent central location, very reasonable prices (100 E for double, 70E for single 3 weeks ago), immaculate, wonderful family who run it. Good choice.

Has anyone stayed at Hotel delle Arti, located at the Piazza della SS Annunziata? Looks good on the website, 9 rooms only, 170E/night B&B.
