First train to Crimea after 5 years
Shortly after the opening of the longest railway bridge of Europe connecting Crimea with mainland Russia, the first trains to Crimea after 5 years of absence are on their way from Moscow and St Petersburg to Sevastopol.

Finally!
That's a big deal and it's great to have railway connection as an option. The problem is, with the trip from Moscow to Simferopol currently at about 40 hours, most people will still stick to flying. Can't be beat for kids going to summer camps, though.
PS. Merry Christmas, everyone!
