London and Paris are two of the most sought after destinations in Europe. Some places like Buckingham Palace, Paris Dinner Cruise, Tower of London, Eiffel Tower you don't have to miss. Vacationing in Italy and Greece is best when you plan ahead. You must also Pre-order UK Sim Card to avoid roaming charges. There are many providers like PrePaymania, Worldsim, 0044 which provides Sim Card anywhere in the world. They only charge for shipping. Cheers !!

My London list of favorite places, if you're into history:
Tower of London (my no. 1 attraction)
British Library
Thames Cruise
Westminster Abbey
British Museum (pick your spots...it's huge)
Cabinet War Rooms
Museum of London (history of the city)
...and lots of self-guided walks.
Into art and design?
Courtauld Gallery (amazing small collection of modern art)
National Gallery
Portrait Gallery
V & A (but be selective in the era and style)
[skip the Tate Modern IMHO]

You have already been given lots of advice. I will just echo some by saying more days in Paris and do not miss roaming around Tuscany and staying in a villa, It is amazing, beautiful and relaxing. Also, the best food we encountered in all of Italy was in Tuscany!
