Hi Karen! Enjoyed reading your trip reports. Can you tell me how you got hooked up with your various tour guides? How did you find them? Were they expensive? Thanks!

Jen, I found the tour company from suggestions oon this forum. It is called Scala Reale. Young students usually working on Phd's and very enthusiatic. Each tour was about 50.00 but very worth the money, escpecially. My tour guide for the Vatican was John, and for the Coloseum her name was Sarah. Thank you for all the positive feedback on my first attempt at a report. I had so much more to say , but you con't go on forever into every little detail. I will post my Florence, Venice and Tuscany reports in the next two days. Thanks again. Karen
