This board and Rick Steves and fodors and frommers all combine to be the greatest resources ever. I started planning a trip for 24 days six months ago with no experience whatsoever. We completed that trip traveling to Rothenburg, Venice, Pompeii, Rome, Florence, Cinque Terra, Interlaken, Paris, and London and it was superb. The help I got from this board was tremendous and I want to thank everyone--both the regulars like Rex and others who helped us. You are the best.

Scott, so glad you had a wonderful time. How about writing a trip report so that other novices (and experienced travelers) can learn from your experiences? Now that you've gotten your traveling feet wet it's time to join the ranks of the helpers!
