so if you are the last person to board the plane with your regulation size carryon, and you are forced to check it because the 10 people in front of you had their carryons along with Very Large duty free bags - that is ok with you?
or if your carefully packed carryon, with delicate items is smashed/smushed because someone with a carryon, large shopping bag, and tequila carrier is forcing all of their items on top of yours in the overhead?
OR - your carryon exceeds the 'box' by an inch or so, and you are forced to check it, but when you get to the gate you see people getting on with bags from the duty free shop that are easily larger than your bag. Or people with multiple shopping bags , that combined are bigger than your one measly bag.
That wouldn't bother you at all?
Then why do they have carry on limits at all?
