Favorite B&Bs
Will be in Ireland May 22-June 3. Planning overnights in Doolin, Ennis, Killarney, Kilkenny, Ballyshannon, and Clifden. Any favorite B&Bs in those areas. All suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

We'll be there 22-31 May. Here are a couple of B&B that we considered staying in Killarney. Decided on Applecroft because it is in/near town.

We are staying in Kilrush our first night -- not far from Ennis, at this place.

Do a search on the towns and you will find lots of recommendations, I know for Doolin, Ennis, and Clifden. Just type the name of the city in the search engine. Enjoy your time in Ireland.
There are a lot of people going to Ireland in May. We are having an Ireland GTG on 27 May in the vicinity of Mizen Head. If you are interested and are going to be in the area, let us know. We are thinking lunch/dinner.

Our group of 10(family)stayed at Applecroft in Killarney in Sept. Kathy and her family can't do enough for you--we were even entertained by them on our last night there---we stayed 3 nights at the begining of our trip and didn't find any place to match hers the rest of the trip. Definitely suggest a stay there.

The Buttermilk Lodge in Clifton is nice and a 4 minute walk to the village. Breakfast is Irish but the also have more choices i.e. pancackes etc. It was much nicer than your average B&B. I think we paid 70-80 per night for 2.
