Evenings in Munich and Prague

Can you recommend a website which may list concerts (all kinds) and other musical performances, opera, ballet, theatre and other evening events taking place in these two cities during the end of September? If you have any personal, must see recommendations, I'd love to hear about them, too. Thanks in advance.

Tickets can be purchased via http://www.bohemiaticket.cz/WBS/ang/ and printed on-line before you leave.

We are staying with friends who live just outside the city. I will know more specifically where they live later this week.

I was just wondering if you need a recommendation for a hotel. I don't really know Munich, having been there just once. We stayed at a really nice B&B, the Hotel Uhland, if you need one.

I am sorry I can't find my notes from our trip to Prague and Munich! I wasn't so organized back then, I guess. But you will have plenty of good info from Fodorites, and I predict you will enjoy both cities!

You can find a download of both cities on this site. Good information and perhaps it can help. Richard www.inyourpocket.com

If you visit the town hall in either place you will find an incredibly comprehensive and up to date listing of all the numerous activities - many musical - taking place in either city. Make it your first stop when you arrive - since it's also a good place to get info on walking tours and all sort of other offerings.
