Hi cmt!

Do you have a clue to post? I can't think of one right away.

I didn't have anything in mind, but just thought it might be a good idea to resurrect the thread.

Since Intrepid hasn't posted, and since I'm not sure where we are, I'll post an easy new one, without using letters from previous replies.

He shares his name with a liquor, and he just got a new red hat yesterday.

Given name is hyphenated. The second letter in the first four-letter part part and the last letter in the second six-letter part are both letter "e." The surname has six letters, and you'll have to figure it out without letter clues.

I'll give an easy one also. City (7 letters), 3rd and 6th letters are "e," which suffered from at least two "disasters," one of which just a few years ago. Its "counterpart" is another city (8 letters, fifth and eighth letters are "e&quot. Both are famous for their cultural heritage.

Ok, I'll give another one.

Composer who wrote the same number of symphonies and string quartets.

Number in Roman numerals = _ _ (2 letters)

Composer's nationality = 7 letters (note I'm not asking for the composer's name), first is "r" from Florence.

Ok, I will, later. I forgot all about this thread and just found it again when I searched for my screen name to find updates to threads where I've posted.

I didn't break any promise. "Later" isn't over yet!

Born in ______(6 letters, 3rd is the N from Russian), he is one of several people who considered an inventor of the creators of the Internet (I just learned this last week).

First name has 7 letters, and middle name has 4 letters, but he's usually known by a 3-letter nickname for his first name.
Last name is hyphenated: first part with 7 letters (penultimate is R from Russian), 2nd part with 3 letters.

He got in trouble for ______(7 letters, 5th is i from Russian) while a university student.
