I get really tired of people trying to insult someone by calling them a "troll" just because they think they are more sophisticated or that no one should ask such a question. It's a way of putting someone down. Especially calling someone "stupid" if they don't think someone is a troll. People routinely ask on here where to celebrate Thanksgiving abroad, for example, and that's an American holiday.
In fact, they do celebrate "Bastille Day" in Wash DC, also, complete with waiters' race, and they do in London, also.
I don't know London so can't answer the question, if they do have any celebrations anywhere, but here is info from last year by TImeout London which gives some suggestions of a bar

I have seen pubs in London that celebrate the 4th of July - it was so long ago I can't recall but remember going into some with American flags out front on the 4th - more like a St Patrick's Day here probably and perhaps a marketing ploy.
Yes the word "troll" should be banned from Fodors IMO as so often it is used like Christina so aptly says - does no good for Fodors to chase away first-time posters who are the lifeblood one would think of this sight. Fodorgarchs never buy anything or click on the advert links of course.
