Can I find Latin ingredients in Milano

We want to bring a cooking book to our friends in Milano as a gift. It's a latin fusion cuisine book and we would like to know if they will be able to find things like cilantro, yuca, mango, jicama and those kind of ingredients in Milano.

Thanks

Looking at those ingredients, I think Z means Latin American. Cilantro has another name in Italy, can't recall. Mango, yes. Yucca, don't think so. And jicama, not sure what that is.

I agree with yyy, there's no place more Latin than Italy.
As for Latin American products they are not common in ordinary supermarket but if they look for them, they will find a few places where they're sold.

Cilantro is fresh coriander, or 'coriandolo', I think. Jicama - I adore it but have never seen it in Europe anywhere.
