If you scroll up several messages, you will see that Elizabeth has offered the list to all as a pdf file. It works well - the url is noted above.

What a surprise! I was the originator of this thread and it is still going strong. Our Sicily trip was pre-empted a couple of times by other journeys so we are once again planning a visit.

I was unable to print the file in a readable format. Any tips?
