electrical adapters

Where is the best palce to get the necessary electrical adapter to be able to charge my camera battery while in italy? What type do i need

please do a search on this site and you will find all the info you need. Get them at any RadioShack or Best Buy type of store.

Walmart, Target. I buy my stuff like that in a local hardware store.

BTW - it's an electrical converter that changes the voltage; the adaptor adapts the US plug to European (or other) plugs.

And chances are very good that clifbob just needs an adapter, not a converter.

As long at the battery charger says on it input 100V to 240V (or a similar range) then you just need the plug adapter.
