In the US I pay 60 USD plus 10 USD tip for shampoo, cut and dry, with free bang trim halfway between appts. I was paying 65 + 10 to my previous stylist. But I live in a low cost of living area. Shampoo, cut and dry in Nancy was, I think, 25 euro.

I go to the barber on the discount day and pay 16 euros instead of the usual 19 euros.
When I took my mother to the hairdresser in Paris, a shampoo and blowdry at the small salon was 19 euros and the full works (color, cut, shampoo, perm) was something like 57 euros.
