Used them several times, always been fine.
No assigned seating, but that doesn't bother me, the flights aren't long and, if you're travelling alone or with only one person, it's not hard to find seats together.
No food included but for the price of the flight, that's fine by me, if I'm fussed I can buy myself a nice sandwich before hand or something from their trolley. Infact with the price I save over some airlines I could buy myself a picnic hamper from Harrods and still be quids in!
I've been lucky and not experienced serious delays, the worse delay was about an hour and Mr Stelios himself was on the flight with us!
Have also used Ryanair a few times, they are similar but in my personal experience, have more delays, and I also find more of their flights go to airports that are poorly located for the city in question.
Good luck!

Personally speaking, I and people I know have had only good experiences with easyjet, although I have read a few complaints on various forums and seen some irate passengers on the UK TV show that features easyjet (Airline/Airport?)
For all the cut-price airlines, I would recommend reading their terms and conditions thoroughly before booking, so that you don't get too upset if something should go wrong and they don't seem as eager as some other full price airlines to put it right.
Basically, you get what you pay for and most of the time it's a pretty good deal. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I've only flown Easyjet once but it was fine, and I'm flying them again in May. If you've flown on Southwest Airlines in the US, it's similar to that. No pre-assigned seats and no food, although a flight attendant sold sandwiches.

I flew them from Paris to Nice, and thought they were fine.
The only problem is that it is difficult to contact them if you have a question regarding a change in flight.
Absolutely could not contact them by phone and their email response was 21 days.
Otherwise, go for it.

Hi
Flew from Bristol to Parague and they were fine.
The secret is to get to the check in early, that way your one of the first 30 or so passengers to check in.
These passengers are called up first to take a seat. This avoids the free for all that could happen.
No food is ok by me, If I can't survive for 2 hours without something to eat its really a shame, and anyway there is usually an opportunity to buy something on board if you wish.
Its important to remember just how cheap the ticket is.
Easyjet provide a good no frills low cost service in my experience.
